We accept returns of Spikeball sets within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or sent in error). Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
